Double byte codes (Japanese letters) have been collapsed recently

Right, I have checked several FTH 2.0 web sites of other clubs and found the same symptom.

We added some new code to the common html head section used by every page for the favicon.

I have temporarily commented it out. Please refresh your cache and see if the issue is resolved... please let us know.

If so, we may need to experiment a bit with placement in the html to keep from clobbering support for double byte codes.

I'm still seeing the same stuff as earlier. i.e. western letter and symbols.
