VPE e-mail missing from Club E-mail Addresses

Within the Club E-mail Addresses page, under Individual Club Officers, the vpe is missing. :(

Screengrabs are attached which illustrate that we (and other clubs) can most definitely select their VPEs to appear within the Meet Our Members page, yet the individual e-mail address is missing from the Individual Club Officers e-mails. Perhaps the e-mail address does in fact exist (in our case, vpe-890453@toastmastersclubs.org), but was simply omitted from the list? It seems the officers e-mail (officers-890453@toastmastersclubs.org does include our vpe, which is good.

Thanks for taking a look on the back-end. I wasn't aware they could do that, but then again, I'm learning all kinds of things these days.

So, how is it we can get that turned back on then? I'm looking for the 'how to' for the VPE to do this, yes? If I'm understanding things correctly...

Wendy,

two ways,

1. have the VPE log in and modify her profile to change the setting.
2. Log in as the VPE and change it (you should get her permission) To log in as her, use her name and the admin password, then click on Edit Your Profile

Awesome, thanks for the tip. I'm not even sure she's aware she's turned something off. Guess we'll both be learning something new! I so appreciate the support gentlemen. Thanks much! :)
