I need to change the meeting date in time in the calendar. I can add events, but I cannot change the club meeting time and date. I am the administrator.

If you are using the built-in agenda features, then you would change the date/time of the meeting using the agenda edit button in the agenda screen. The meeting agendas are automatically reflected in the calendar and are treated separately from events that you add to the calendar manually.
