Hi, I have tried searching your topics but found no information on this.
Issue is:
some of our club members do not use outlook, they use Gmail or other email providers. When accessing the "email members" tab their PC automatically opens outlook, which many of them have not configured.

How do I manage this so that all members can send out from there email if outlook is not configured?

any help greatly appreciated
cheers
Sue

Sue,

The program preferences are configured on the user's computer depending on what operating system they are using.

The best suggestion is to have them Google "make gmail default email on windows 7" or whatever operating system and email they are using.
