Ok, for FTH admin changes we send to the prior admin email address and to what ever email address is listed on TM Find A Club. It is built into the system that way by design to account for admins leaving and such. So, from our perspective, chowcuisine@bigpond.com.au is CORRECT, because that is what is listed on the Find A Club entry for club 9773. See here for yourself if you do not believe me: reports.toastmasters.org/findaclub/zoomc....x=26&imageField.y=9 Hover your mouse over the "Click here to email club" and look at the email address that shows up. *That* is the email address that *you* need to get corrected. When you do that, then the authorization email will be routed to that new email address and the change can be authorized.

Will not happen as long at the existing site is active. These things work the way they do for good reasons... they may be cumbersome at times, but they work this way by design.

You could always ask Brian if he would delete the existing website. If he agrees to that, then you could make a new request for one here: www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/

Thank you for your advice.

I "assumed" when TMI advised me that the email addresses at their end had been updated, that all was in order. Clearly one should never "assume" anything. I have contacted TMI again this morning, stating that the "Find A Club" email address is incorrect and hope that this will resolve my FTH website issues, once the email address is amended and correct.

you can check if the email is correct. right now it is showing chowcuisine@bigpond.com.au

Yes, checked that earlier. Hence a second request has gone to TMI to seek amendments.
