Website access was created by jbarbieri
I setup a new user to gain access into the site as a member. He was able to get in to it once and then no longer. I tried several attempts to get him access in. So we decided to use a new email and now with the new email address (ganlin0800@yahoo.com), He still has the same problem to use the website: He states: I can only access the site once and was not able to set a valid password.

Thanks for your help and attention. Frank X. Gan

Thank you,

The first thing I would get him to check is his browser cookie settings. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings for details.
