Former Member not shown in previous roles

A member moved away this week, so I down-graded him to Former Member status. However, I see that his roles last week have been blanked out. I don't remember previous week's roles, so can't double check those. How do we fix this?
Thanks,
Mike

Replied by RogerM on topic Former Member not shown in previous roles
You will only see active member roles. To see his, you would have to make him a member again.

What I suggest is that you make him a member, run the role report by member just for him, click print, then escape and save the document. Once you have that, make him a former member again, send him a copy of the document for his records, and save a copy in file manager as a members only document.
