Thank you for your previous response. One more question. Can any member of our club go in and make himself Site Administrator with the prior Site Administrator's knowledge?

They would need the site admin password in order to log in as an admin to make the change
OR
they would have had to submitted a site admin change and be approved by either the current site admin or the contact listed at Toastmasters International.


There is only 1 password per site (which can be changed). Many clubs have more than 1 admin, but that is a club decision.
