Hi,
About 2 weeks back I submitted a FTH request for a club that has not yet chartered. I am in a "Sponsor" role and will help them set this up.

That club name is "Toasthampton" and they will be within the same area as my home club which is #8069.

Can you tell me what happened to my request?

Thanks,
Don

Since it hasn't chartered it doesn't have a number yet.

Are you telling me the club can get a club number prior to being chartered?

If you send in an Application to Organize a Club to Toastmasters International they will provide a club number. Once that is listed as a prospective club on the TI site ( dashboards.toastmasters.org/ scroll to district, then Daily Reports, then Prospective Clubs) we can provide a website.

here is the Application link: www.toastmasters.org/newclubapplication

So the target club has submitted thier "Application to Organize" and we are now a provisional club. We've been assinged #4473025.

I tried to use that number in the FTH request and it tells me that the number is not valid. I have confirmation from TMI that is the correct number.

How do I proceed?

My name is - Don Romard
