Problems Sending out Agenda Notification from Website

We still seem to be having a problem with sending email from our members email account. There HAS TO BE a problem on your end as I'm not the only one reporting this issue. Here is the return email I receive for each of my members when I send of information:

Your message to (firstname@sbcglobal.net in members-7075@toastmastersclubs.org) had the following error and was not delivered (0 retries):
Can't send data

I asked the Chair and a couple other members to add the agenda@xxxx.com email to their Safe Senders List, but that has not solved the issue. When the Chair sent out the agenda from the website again today, she and these two members still failed to receive it.
She sent it out again using the club members email list, ie, members@xxxx.com, but has been getting non-stop looping email messages from the server with error messages such as the following:

Your message to (xxxx@rogers.com in members@xxxx.com) had the following error and was not delivered (0 retries):
Can't send data

I understand a number of other clubs are now reporting similar problems with sending the agenda and/or non-stop looping error messages from the server. There must be something amiss with the Free Toast Host Server. Would you please check out and resolve this issue ASAP? Thanks.

We are also experiencing issues sending out agendas.
It is not our junk mail folders.
Our club number is 802194 I got messages that each message sent was not delivered Here is the one that was sent to my email in regards to my own email not going through.

I sent an email to all our members at members@-802194@toastmastersclubs.org and ask that peole tell me if they recieved it. They did when I sent it directly to that email. The problem seems to be inside the site when you click on the button to send out the agenda. The process goes smoothly and your told email was sent. Yet it wasn't.
