Authentication Email Not Sending

We recently added new members to our club. I added their information to the Member Management section and they received the initial email. They are able to locate their name when signing in and click Authenticate/Log In. The email is never sent to them to create a password. I verified the email is correct. One particular person encountering this issue is Melissa Hardin. Please help!

The emails are being sent and accepted by the macy's email service, have her check her spam email

Thank you. She checked her Spam and she did not receive an email. What can we do from this point to get her access to the website?

I just sent the authenticate again, if she does not receive it have her give this to her IT department and have them trace what they did with the email
