add an additional downloads page

We would like to archive our meeting minutes and provide a page where our members can find and download a specific pdf file. Is it possible to add an additional "downloads" page?

Create a custom members only page and use the file link and post all the news letter links on that page.

Thank you for the reply. I'm also looking for a place on the site to store the PDF files of the minutes that I can link to. I'd like this to be separate from the "member downloads" directory. Ideally, if there was an additional "general downloads" feature that did not require a "visibility" setting it would be ideal.

Use virtual folders. We are not going to create another downloads area.
