Club No 2158258 Website

Hello,
I'm the new VP-PR of club no 2158258.
I'd tried requesting for a wesbite on FreeToastHost 2, however, I get a message (attached) that the club website already exists.
I checked with all the current and previous officers and none of them are aware of this.

How do I get admin access to this website?
