Online documentation not working

Membership Management Glitch

Membership Management Glitch was created by lminovitz
I have been trying to update the Membership Management section with new members and officers. I save the information, and I get a message that it has been saved. However, when I go to another section to input new contact people, I get the old guard. Then I go back to Membership Management to find that the new information hasn't saved. What can be done?

1) please post your club number in every post.
2) please read the documentation on this site, it will tell you have to correct change the officers and members roles.

Thank you for your response. This would have saved me some steps, as when I did it just now (twice!), I did it all manually. However, the problem is when I entered that data and saved it, I got a message that the data had been saved. When I went to another screen and returned, it had not been saved. What would cause that?

How are you trying to make the changes? You need to use the pull-down menu underneath the membership list window.
Making officer role changes directly in the membership list window doesn't work.

I went to Membership Management > Membership Management Tab > and pasted in the info in the box where it says:
Name [space] E-mail Address* [space] Phone (optional)
There is no pull-down menu for that box, just for the boxes after that.

Use the boxes below the main window to make officer role changes. Those should stick when saved.
