Tom,

Ok, it was an agenda email. You did not tell us that. Did you wait for the confirmation that the email was sent before you closed the email agenda form? Because of the slow sends, I am concerned that people are prematurely closing forms that send email before they get the confirmation. The confirmation message displays along with the Toastmasters Logo... have to wait for the logo.

Ok, I see a bunch of agenda sends from the admin login in tcmail log.

They are triple sends. Did you click the send button multiple times? Sometimes email providers will kill multiple sends thinking they are spam or attempts to overload their system.

The triple send may have killed the email. You may need to resend... just click once this time.

it looks like quite a few of your members received the agenda email, you might not have waited until the logo was shown if all the emails are not shown.

Hi Brian,

Its 9:15 PM and still no emails. I just ran another test and that email went through so apparently the previous emails were lost.
