Online documentation not working

Online documentations isn't working at the moment and will take a while to fix.

Hello Steve or anyone in Help support

I made the corrections that you told me too. The only problem is the two links on top of the left side- Meeting Directions and Contact Us- are not workable. They are still 'whited out' and I can't seem to change this and I have looked. Please help me to change this.

Also, when sending request for help messages, is this the best way or should I be sending private messages? And, if I don't know you're member id or anyone else at the support desk. How is the email going to be directed to you? Is just putting anyone's name adequate?

You need to set up the contact and directions pages.

Carol, we are all Toastmasters and volunteers here with busy lives. We volunteer some of our spare time on here out of our commitment to enable users to get value out of the FreeToastHost system. However, given that we are not on here on any set schedule (whenever we have some spare time), it generally works best if you post in the Forum areas to increase your odds of someone responding to you sooner. We generally recommend putting support posts in the Forum areas.
