Unable to create a website

Hello,

I'm trying to create a website for Club 6605, so I went to www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/ , entered my club number, name and email address, but the Submit Request isn't working. Is this page temporarily out of order or am I doing something wrong? I am using Internet Explorer 10.

The form works properly you did not read the popup.

Thank you very much. I didn't see a popup and I tried several times. Also, I was told by the officers of this club that there wasn't a website. Now that I know there is, I can get to work updating what we have.
