You have more that one issue going on ... where to start...
Website alias does not match what is on TM find a club ... probably the cause of the issue you are seeing.
1) You have a website alias that is really long. Your choice, but I would not recommend highvoltagespeakerstoastmasters as your website alias. That means you have to type out highvoltagespeakerstoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org just to get to your club website... Have you really thought that through? I am guessing that someone originally put the alias as highvoltagespeakers since what is on Toastmasters find a club is highvoltagespeakers.toastmastersclubs.org which makes a little more sense (shorter) but currently is bogus and does not work, since that is not currently the alias. Therefore, you are essentially asking Google to find something that the average visitor to TM find a club cannot find on the internet either.
2) You need to fix the wmode setting for the YouTube video on your home page. It is obscuring dialogs ... very annoying. Please see here for how to do that: support.toastmastersclubs.org/5-support-...sover-login-box#9114

Huh?
Basically, decide what website alias you actually want, set it in admin console, correct the find a club reference, correct anywhere else the website alias is used (e.g., Facebook), etc.
Then fix your YouTube videos.
