Online documentations isn't working at the moment and will take a while to fix.

Cannot log in to club's webpage

Hi,
I have the same problem with a member of my club. She has checked her junk email and has not found anything.
Our new VPE entered the member and under membership management it looks ok to me (IP-VPE). I even tried to reset it for her by clicking Member login, entering her name and clicking authenticate/login.

The email was send and accepted by your work email server you will need to ask your IT department what they did with the email. Server time is UTC give this log extract to your IT department.
