This Webpage is not available #2

Hello,

I tried many times to access the website but it never shows up, but this is so weird, because when I try to access with my iPad it does access but not from my computer, I thought it was the browser, but I used Safari, Firefox and even Chrome but it doesn't work at all... what can I do to create my website club?. I am in Mexico, does it have to do anything with that?.
