Help with club name change and website forwarding

Hello,

Please help me. I am admin for the former club Florida City Speedway Speakers 1412303, we moved and changed our name to Cutler Bay Toastmasters Club. Our old URL : www.speedwayspeakers.org need to change to www.cutlerbaytoastmasters.com

I have tried everything I know to make this happen. I contacted Go Daddy and they told me what to do and it is not working.

Please help me. I received a message that our URL was 1412303.toastmastersclub.org . How do I make it www.cutlerbaytoastmasters.com ?

Well, we do not support website forwarding. You basically need to disconnect from your old custom domain name and set up your dns settings for the new custom domain name.

My suggestion: Contact GoDaddy customer support. Make sure that you inform them that we do not support website forwarding and that you provide them the correct DNS settings from our doc. They can probably get you set up correctly.
