Good Morning,

I have tried several times to update our new officers in the Membership Management portion of our website. Every time I make the change, I save it; it looks like it is changed and close it. When I go back in, it has not changed. Could someone please help me with this issue?

Thank you,
Debs

You need to assign officers using the instructions in this document:

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management-2

Scroll down to Assign Officer, Guest, Former Member Status

Roger,
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I went into our website and made the changes: i.e. on a separate line below the member I added there title, the name of our club and club number. Saved the information and it reverted back as though I had never made the change. Originally, the member's name, title and email address were listed and the officer position was listed next to their information in brackets.

For example: John Doe ACB, johndoe@uvm.edu 203-854-8322 [Immediate Past President]

I changed to: John Doe ACB, johndoe@uvm.edu 203-854-8322
Immediate Past President Valley Shore Toastmasters Club 3940

Is there something else I should be doing?

Debs,

you cannot type in officer information.

You have to use the Assign Officer, Guest, Former Member Status near the bottom of the Membership Management screen
