5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

New Member login was created by ErickaWicks
A new member is unable to create a password for the site. She has typed in the email address we have associated with her account "delano_chrisanne@timhortons.com". When she types it in the username field and then leaves the password blank and presses "authenticate" she still can't get into the system to create an account. How can we resolve this? She has followed the instructions exactly.

Check to email address again. the address on membership management has a . not a _ in the email address
