Agenda has no provision for Speakers to add their speech information. Last week speakers could go in and supply TM with speech and manual information. This week we can't. I also have found that when we were able to record our speech info, it didn't always print.

When your VPE or Website Admin sets up the agendas there are three options (at the bottom of the agenda) which can be set for each role. If the role is set as a speech, the manual can be selected and the speech title provided. The speaker can also provide an introduction for the Toastmaster.



The speech title and manual will show on the printed agenda (if the appropriate options are checked), but the introduction is for the use of the Toastmaster or Introducer and won't be printed.

Note - if the options are set in the templates they will be carried forward to future agendas built from the template. Once an agenda has been created it will have to be modified role by role to change the behaviour.
