Hi,

I've entered my email address and pw to login but it said the pw was wrong. So I sent a reset request but nothing ever came to my email. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked your junk email? Do you have multiple emails? The message will have gone to your aol address which is recorded on your club database.

Did you get an acknowledgement saying the email had been sent when you did the reset request? Make sure you click on your name from the popup box to select it before asking for the password reset.

I can see 5 authentication emails were sent to your aol email account from reviewing our email log.

I would suggest checking with your club admin and having them verify the accuracy of your email address that was entered for you. You would be surprised how many typos we see in email addresses.

If your email address was entered incorrectly, you would basically be stopped from logging in and you would not be able to receive a password reset email since it would be sent to the wrong address, also.
