Members unable to log in

I have 2 members who are suddenly unable to log in. They have tried to use the password reset, but never receive the authentication email. I have double checked their email address in the website and even sent them a message from it - and they received that, so there is no issue with their email address. I don't know what else to do.

I sent a new authorization email and it was received by Tommy's mail server have him check his spam box.
