Ok, yeah, it is a Hotmail email address... Hotmail gives me fits. They change their security without much warning and leave users in the lurch. MS is like an overly protective net-nanny with regards to Hotmail/outlook.com .
Tell your VPE to make sure that toastmastersclubs.org is on her Hotmail safe senders list. She may need to do some tweaks with her email security settings to get it to accept email from us. It is not something we can do anything about on our end. Also, if you deleted her you may have killed her role history. It does not matter if you added her back; the re-add is treated as a different person. Please check her role history--if she is not showing up, I can guide you through undeleting her original info.
If I look at what is in our email logs, I can see that Hotmail has the email "Queued mail for delivery"... In my book, that could mean that they are just holding it until she sets us as a safe sender.
