Is there a way we could add our club minutes to our club website?
Perhaps club websites could be allow 5GB to store club videos and club meeting minutes. Admins could be held responsible for managing space. Club Members have asked if we could do this on our website.

The admin can upload the secretary notes to the website. You can also make a folder called Secretary Notes

Just upload the minutes and then write Secretary Notes: and put a space

You can keep it closed to Officers only or to ALL members.

You can use YouTube for storing videos, and provide links to them from your FTH website.

You could create a GoogleDrive or Dropbox (or similar) for your club and store large files there. You can also link to those files from your FTH website.

The issue with videos is not about space, it is about bandwidth. We certainly have the space to store videos, but we do not have the available bandwidth to handle the resulting traffic between the server and users watching the videos. Putting videos on the server would quickly drag down the performance of the entire system.

As admin Login
Click Launch Admin Console
Select File: File Manager
Upload your Secretary notes
If you want to make that a separate folder, type Secretary: next to what you uploaded and click save
