Hello, and thanks in advance for your help. I just changed our custom domain via GoDaddy and followed your procedure doc. The website resolves fine, but the email aliases are failing with the following error:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

members@amtoastmasters.org
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<members@amtoastmasters.org>:
host mail.amtoastmasters.org [50.19.253.65]: 550 5.7.1 <members@amtoastmasters.org>... Relaying denied. Proper authentication required.

The "A" and "MX" records are good on GoDaddy per your instructions. Can you check on your end and see what the issue is? Thank you so much for your help!

You cannot send FROM one of the FTH email addresses you can only send To: a FTH email address.

HI Brian - I know that - this was working fine with our old domain "suntoast.info". The only thing I deleted were the CNAME records, per the FAQ. If you like, I can send you a screenshot of the new Domain Zone info. thanks for the help

I already checked your domain zone records look fine.

You cannot sent From: our servers only To:

The error you are showing is that you are trying to use the domain as an email account, we have never provided email accounts.

I sent an email from my personal email account to 'members@amtoastmasters.org' This was changed from "members@suntoast.info" which worked just fine previously. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
