Meeting agenda issue

I updated our club's meeting agenda template this morning to include times. I tried creating a new agenda to see the changes. Everything shows up as it should (as designed in the agenda template) except for the officer names assigned to the intro and adjournment. Please advise.

I tried this on your agenda, but did not see an issue.

Are you still having this issue?

If so, can you please walk me through the exact steps you take so I can reproduce the issue and resolve it?

It is working now Steve. Thanks!

By the way, the members are assigned roles by the VPE in our club. We rotate roles very thoroughly and keep track of goals members need to achieve, so it works great!
