ALL Members Missing! was created by jcall59
I've received a number of messages from members who can't log in to the Club Website.

I cannot log in as a member - Website doesn't recognize me.

I logged in as Site Administrator and see the entire Membership list is gone. A check of the other categories show that I still have former members and friends/affiliates.

I can re-load from TMI data (in less than 2 min!) but I was wondering how this happened and if the list and membership history can be restored.

Looks like someone deleted them. (it wasn't us)

Fortunately, as we are only doing deferred ("soft") deletes on the member info these days (part of the 2.20 update), you can undelete them.

If you use Membership Tools to go into the Undelete view, you will see that your member information can be undeleted. Just check the members to undelete, and then choose undelete again from the tools menu.

The undelete functionality for member info is something I implemented in 2.20, even though no one asked for it. ;)
(I try to stay a few steps ahead of you all.)

:cheer:

Undelete worked like a charm.

Thanx for anticipating a problem I didn't know I had!
