I am trying to help get a club back on its feet and I am seeking what the process is to gain temporary access to this clubs website.

The club site is for Metlife motivators and the link is 3601673.toastmastersclubs.org/

I know that the site was opened in Syreeta Richardson's name but she is no longer active in the club.

Please let me know what I need to do to get access to the site.

The procedure to get access to a club site as admin is described at support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

You'll need to make sure first that the club contact, as listed in Club Central on the TI website, is someone who can authorise the change for you.
