agenda - rcording non member participant

If a guest is involved in our meeting I used to be able to list that person temporarily as a member and list that person in the agenda.
When I was finished with the agenda and had saved it I would remove the guest from the member list and move the guest to the guest list and the name would stay in the past agenda.
Now the name disappears and is replaced with a generic name like "former member".
How do I record a meeting participant in my final agenda when they are not a member.

No... it would blank out as soon as you moved the person from member back to guest.

Please refer to the following for the technique most people use: support.toastmastersclubs.org/6-tips-and...-speakers-on-agendas
