Lost admin: Need to reset admin credentials for UT Toastmasters #9299

Hi I'm the current area governor (D55 K63) for the University of Texas Toastmasters club #9299. This club lost their entire officer corps last year (and nearly lost their club charter as a result), but they are ready to move forward with new officers and members.

In this process, the admin credentials for their website at 9299.toastmastersclubs.org/ org/ were lost (and so the content is very stale.) One of the new club officers, JoBeth Hanak jb.hanak@gmail.com will be the new webmaster for the club. However, I need to make sure that admin credentials are re-assigned to her, so that I can show her how to make changes to the site.

I am familiar with FTH 2.0 functionality since I have been the webmaster for my own club (#4952), so I'm confident I can help her quickly.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Also, the current club president can also now also approve the admin change... that functionality was recently added, but has not yet made it into the docs.
