Multiple meeting sign-up sheet

On the agenda for our club, I added a simple description for roles: e.g. "Grammarian - Introduce word of the Day. Listen for use of English." But some apparent carry over from last year now causes the 5-week sign up to have 2 entries:
"Grammarian" and "Grammarian - Introduce word of the Day. Listen for use of English."

I thought I understood the use of asterisks *Grammarian* when editing "Meeting Agenda Items", so I tried a few agendas without the asterisks, but still get duplicate Roles. How can I clean this up?

Also the "Ah-Counter" has multiple entries like "Timer".

I know the role description ought to be in the "Role / Agenda Item Description" box, but we like some descriptions on the single week printed agenda to help with meeting.

Ok... Look, the only way that the code knows how to match up the roles on the meeting sign up sheet is if they are exactly the same role titles in each of the 5 upcoming meetings. Consistency is the key for getting it to work correctly. ;)

If you change the role titles or if you add/drop roles in any of the upcoming 5 meetings, then you will absolutely have some "hiccups" in the sign-up sheet. Essentially, you are asking the code to force the data to fit into a consistent grid layout when the underlying data is not itself consistent.

The only way to fix this is to change the role titles for the older agendas in the upcoming 5 agendas to make everything consistent.

To change the titles, you can either add new roles to the agendas with the correct role titles (& delete the old ones) or you can use the save the dated agenda as a temporary template trick. (role titles can be edited in templates, but not in dated agendas)
