Site email address lists

I have taken over as site administrator for the Leawood Toastmasters Club FTH site -- club #9715.

None of the email address lists on the site follow the format of "listname"-9715@toastmastersclubs.org. Instead, they have "listname"@leawoodtoastmasters.com

When I try to send an email using the incorrect format, it bounces back. When I send one using the proper format, it goes through.

How can I change the list names on the website to reflect the proper format?

You do not have your DNS settings set up correctly to send email using your custom domain name. :pinch:

I will investigate this and see what I can do to rectify the situation.

If we choose to stop using the Custom Domain, how difficult would it be to indicate that? Merely removing that entry from the basic settings?

Also, see here for your custom domain name:

No MX records found, no A records that handle mail.

Thank you for all of the information. I'm going to have my hands full trying to manage this. I would really like to be able to migrate the existing site to the standard FTH settings and get rid of the Custom Domain -- it expires in February anyway.
