1) You do not need to multi-post we will answer your post when a volunteer is available.

2) We do not delete a club website because you can not follow directions.

3) Please follow the directions on this document and you will get access to your club website. After the contact is changed and if the person listed as club contact at Toastmasters.org find a club authorizes it.

Changing site administrators when the previous one is no longer available.

Unless you are the registered president or admin or primary contact, you will not receive a message. This is from the Admin Change Form:

This form is used to change the registered website administrator for your FreeToastHost 2 website. This function will send three confirmation requests via email, one to the current registered club website administrator, one to the current club president (for a club website), and the other to the primary club contact email listed at Toastmaster International. Only one response to the confirmation requests is required.

You could contact the president and let him/her know that he/she has an email regarding a change in admin. That might speed up the process. Only one of the three people has to respond.

The contact email at Toastmasters.org find a club is habibmundol@gmail.com
and you will have to wait until they authorize or you get another club officer to change the contact and resubmit.
