at least one of the officer email addresses is invalid. You may need to see if you can email each one individually to verify the emails.

Not all the emails sent to officers-683085@toastmastersclubs.org bounce.

I have not change the receivers' (officers') individual addresses, but SOME of the messages bounce. One of the messages disappeared (no error, no delivery). Here is the list of the result since the bounce error started. From 1) to 4) are same messages with some attachments. 5) is a very short test message which had no error.

1) Sun, 19 Jul 2015 13:55:28 GMT bounce error (in my first post here)
2) Sun, 19 Jul 2015 14:59:29 GMT same bounce error
3) Sun, 19 Jul 2015 15:18:24 GMT same bounce error
4) Mon, 20 Jul 2015 00:43:59 GMT No bounce error, no delivery
5) Mon, 20 Jul 2015 04:26:03 GMT test mail delivered normally

Let me know what kind of messages (attachment, size, coding) are possibly bounce. I can forward you the bounced or disappeared emails (including some personal information), let me know to which address or how I can show you.

it is the characters you are sending in your emails. "Wide character" refers to a character that is being emulated using double byte. Are you sending in Chinese or Japanese?

Yes, both bounced emails (2 week ago and yesterday) include Japanese characters. They are the emails from the Area director to be forwarded to our club officers. Usually club internal correspondences are in English only, but the emails form Area, Division, and District are mostly in bilingual.

I observe some emails written in bilingual in text or simple html format do not bounce. The bounced emails were in html format using double-byte characters, foreground and background colors, various font sizes and typefaces, and with large attachments.

We do not support the double byte character sets we are supporting only UTF-8. If you need to send double byte characters may I suggest you enclose the information in a PDF and attach it to your emails.
