Thanks for you hint.

I sent some test messages to myself (admin-683085@toastmastersclubs.org).
I think I figured it out how I can get emails deliverable.

The result was:
Regardless of the character encodings, subject should be in alphanumeric.

All the emails our club has sent and received using FTH club email addresses have English subjects with various coded body text.
All the bounced emails have Japanese subjects, even the body text is in plain alphanumeric (charset="UTF-8").

So, I don't think I have to make PDF attachment each time.

Let me know if I'm wrong.

P.S. Disappeared bounce errors were found in my SPAM folder. Sorry for my hasty mistake.

Hi Brian,

It's a good news!

I've observed that the restriction of the character codes of FTH email subject was gone recently.
Recent emails our club has sent to members and officers with Japanese subject have not bounced.

Let me know if any updates made to the system.
