Is there a way to not show my phone number on the "Contact Us" form? I've unchecked "This member will accept prospect phone calls," but then it removes my name altogether. Can I set it to just show an email address?

Thanks,
Mark

You do not want your email address published on any webpage your just inviting mountains of spam.

You do not need a name there if you not putting your phone number.

The email address is intentionally not shown for privacy reasons.

Also, when someone clicks the Submit button, the system already knows your email address and will include you as a recipient on the email that gets generated.

Therefore, the only reason to show a name in the form would be to include a phone number. (When someone called you they would need your name.)

You can also show names via setting a custom greeting for the form. That feature is available in the Email and Contact Forms dialog.

Replied by RogerM on topic Phone numbers and "Contact Us"
Mark,

That is by design, if someone clicking on the contact form cannot call you, they have no need to know who the form is going to. But rest assured, you will get the email if they click on send.
