Trouble with Custom web page

From Club 5030. I think I screwed up royally. Now what to do. I set up a custom page called "member downloads". It does not appear in the drop down list, and neither does the "public downloads" page that the previous club webmaster set up. Should that not appear in the drop down list when I click on custom web page/create new page?
Did I make a mistake when I set up the custom web page? If so, how do I fix it?
I would like to add/delete items from this custom page and don't understand how to do so. I can't find anything in your forums that is helpful.

Member Downloads and Public Downloads are pages that are automatically generated by the FTH system. Therefore, you can't create custom pages with these names. If you want a custom page for member downloads with other information on it, you'll need to give it a different name.

I can see both of the system pages in the left-hand menu.

If you want to add or delete files from either of those pages, you'll need to use the File Management tool.
