Have you ever received any emails via any FTH distribution list at all? If so, than it is likely not a system bug, since all the lists work very similarly.

If cat.com is Caterpillar corporate email (my guess), then you should check if some other person not with that company can send to the same list ok. (and you get it ok) Sometimes corporate email systems can monkey with *outgoing* emails sent to recipients outside a company.

In other words, it may not be an issue with the recipient side of things... the issue could be on the sender side of things.
