I too received an email sent to my personal email In Box from the FTH server (server@toastmastersclubs.org) from a person who is not a member of my club (3407 - Balcones Toastmasters Club). It is attached.

I added the sender's email address to the black list. The question is - can anyone send an email to
members-3407@toastmastersclubs.org
and the email will be distributed to our members?

the email was sent to your officer email address we do not prevent email on those as we don't know who is a valid email and who is not.

You can use the club email black list to block those emails.

I've moved this to a separate topic, because the original post was about private messaging on this help site. Your issue is an unwanted email via the club mailing list.

The email address used is "president-3407", which is a publicly accessible address (along with all the other officer addresses). It's completely separate from the member and officer mailing list, which can only be used by club members. Only you will receive emails sent to this address.

Depending on how much use the address get, you can choose to disable it.

Edit: Brian beat me to it!
