Exclude An Agenda from Meeting Sign-up

While I know better, our new board members added the extra speech contests roles to a meeting agenda, so now when they print the sign up sheet, it contains twice as many rows as needed for the other 4 meetings and it is full of N/As. Is there a way to exclude the contest from printing on this sign up sheet to prevent this?

Thanks so much for the prompt reply!

To confirm, that is the only way? There isn't a toggle I am missing somewhere we can use for the next 3 weeks to prevent it from making this print out so unsightly?

You can remove the extra entries from the Agenda or change the setting for the extras so no one can sign up, then they will not show on signup report.

There is another trick I have regularly used in the past as a VPE... Just back date those contest agendas to last year (keep same month and day to prevent confusion) before you print the sign-up sheet, then change the dates back after printing it. It is a simple trick that is fast and works.

BTW, I am aware of this issue with the Meeting Sign-up Sheet... it is on my "radar screen".
