I have members using their mobile phone to login to the website. They request for an opportunity of changing their password. Because of the width of the mobile phone, the URL is divided into two lines - they are therefore unable to click through to enter a password for their account. Can you please assist.

The system was designed for desktops, not mobile phones. Keep in mind that as recently as 2011 when FTH 2.0 was initially released, using the internet on phones was still getting traction. It just shows how quickly things have changed.

We recognize that the I.T. world is rapidly changing and updating it to be more adaptable to mobile is a design goal, moving forward.

However, as we are all volunteers updating and supporting the system, I cannot give you a firm commitment when the update for mobile will take place. However, I am the principle developer... it is definitely on my "to-do" list.

In the meantime, one work around that may work for your members is the following: www.dudamobile.com/mobile-website
I do know that some clubs are using this.
