Good Morning, I searched for this topic already but could not find.

I found a glitch in the dues renewal email. Our Treasurer has entered into the fields for dates to fill. We viewed in the tab to see draft email, the [ ] are filled in correctly. However, the actual emails themselves are blank. This happened with both first and second notices.

Unless you can give us some specifics, it is challenging for us to troubleshoot or resolve anything.

Can you walk us through the specific steps to reproduce the issue?

Also, screen captures are often very helpful for us.

Much thanks!
