One of the officers sent an email to the members* group email id. She did not receive that email. Is there anyway to find out why she did not get the email?

Looking at the email logs, I see that Megha sent an email to members on Sun 2016/04/24 22:43:41 UTC, with a follow-up a few minutes later. Those emails were sent successfully, as far as I can see.

If Megha didn't receive her own copy, I'd suggest investigating the spam/junk folder. Also see support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email , especially since hotmail is involved.
