First Time website user not receiving an email authencation

Hi,

Have a member who is trying to log into the club website for the first time. She typed in her name, clicked Authenticate & received the message that a link would be sent to her email. I, as site admin, also received an email saying she was requesting authentication.

She didn't get the email. Also checked her Spam & nothing was there. She tried 3 times yesterday and once today & still hasn't received the email. :unsure:

What can we should we do?

Is her email address correct? Her first name in your membership list is spelt differently to that part of her address

Send the member an email from your email. If it bounces back, change the spelling in her email address as Pam has found as a possible problem.
