club meeting header was created by RTB
Good afternoon,
Our club 1557734 uses Free Toast Host 2 club calendar for tracking our meeting, events and meeting minutes. This includes Executive committee meeting dates, times, and minutes.

However, whenever you create a meeting agenda the title on the website states "club meeting" and the header on the agenda remains as a normal club meeting.

I would like to change the header on the agenda and not change all meeting agendas headers and the calendar title to reflect that it is a executive committee meeting and not a open club meeting. Can Free ToastHost 2 permit me to create an agenda for the executive committee and not automatically label it a club meeting.

As if the public were looking at the club calendar they may think there is a club meeting at the executive committee meeting times. has not happened yet, but would like differentiate if possible.

thanks

Once you create the dated agenda you can change the header as you wish.

See the docs on this site

Meeting agendas
Note: Events marked in Blue are linked to FreeToastHost meeting agendas. They can only be added by creating a meeting agenda, and they will always be called Club Meeting . You cannot create these directly in the calendar.
