member never receives the authenticate/login e mail, even after trying all suggestions. Now what?

Did you look at the following?

If your member has a hotmail account, they may have some additional hoops to jump through.

Also, check junk mail folder.

FIXED IT. They all were going to an Outlook delete folder. My error. sorry.

still cant receive the authenticate e mails as a member. My info is:

Club #9555

Member Number: 02183719

I always get this error message:

Wrong password, please try again. To create a password for the first time or to reset your password please leave the password field blank, then click the Authenticate button.

Then I never receive the follow up promised e mail. I have checked everywhere, entered the TM domain as an allowed sender, looked in spam, etc.
